Lost Classics: The Prophets of Doom

From the northern wilds of Escanaba, behold the original Prophets of Doom, with their 1967 garage-gothic hit, “Baba-Do-Wah.”
Did somebody say The Basement Tapes? This is the spooky sound of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, a lost history coming to you not so loud and clear from a broken shortwave in an attic above the clouds.
Where are they now? Nobody knows, but they should certainly get in touch with David Lynch.
Spook on Prophets!
